In using this website you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", “You” and “Your” refers to you or any person accessing this website. "The Company", “Ourselves”, “We” and "Us", refers to our Company i.e. Salesgasm. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services/products. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

 

Payment
All major Credit/Debit cards and bank transfer are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full within 7 days of the date of invoice. All services remain the property of the Company until paid for in full. Money that remains outstanding by the due date will incur late payment interest at the rate of 2% per month on the outstanding balance until such time as the balance is paid in full and final settlement is arrived upon. Such circumstances can proceed legally and you shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and/or court costs.

If the bank rates a transaction as risky i.e. there are certain circumstances when the bank considers a transaction as risky based on many assumptions formulated by them, then Salesgasm has the right to terminate any agreement or contract till the time the complete amount is received via other card or another payment method. Salesgasm will do its best to get the transaction through.

 

Cancellation Policy (For Conferences and other Salesgasm Events)

The Participants not attending the Salesgasm events should inform Salesgasm 15 days prior to Conference date in writing via email/ any other acceptable mode of intimation of such intentions, to avail the benefit of getting their 40% registration fee adjusted/appropriated (60% will be retained against administration charges, prearrangement charges) towards any future Salesgasm events else no registration fee shall be adjusted/appropriated towards any future Salesgasm Events. The Credit voucher issued in this regard will be valid for a maximum period of one year from the date of issue.

 

The substitution is allowed without any extra charges if the same is notified to Salesgasm 15 days prior to the Salesgasm event, provided that the total Registration Fee for the event has already been paid. If the substitution notice is received by Salesgasm less than 14 days prior to event, substitution shall be allowed only after payment of admission fee of 25% of the total registration fees.

No Registration Fee shall be refunded in any event and in any manner whatsoever and only Credit Vouchers will be issued as per the aforesaid Terms and Conditions which can be redeemed prior to their expiry, in any future Salesgasm Events.

 

Registration as an Attendee (In-Person Conference or Webinar)

The complimentary delegate pass only gives you access to the conference area which includes all conference sessions, breakouts, tea/ coffee breaks and the luncheon. The free delegate pass doesn't include the cocktail reception. In the case of a webinar, the complimentary pass gives you access to the live webinar only. The recording of the webinar is not included.

 

Salesgasm reserves the right to use the names/ company names/ company logos of all it's attending/confirmed Partners/ Speakers/ Delegates/ Sponsors/ Vendor for promotional purposes pre, during and after the event. Attending Partners/ Speakers/ Delegates/ Sponsors/ Vendors shall inform Salesgasm prior in time if there is a change in their professional positions prior to attending the conference.

Salesgasm also reserves the right to share the information (Name, Email, Designation, Company, Phone Number and other information) of all its attending Partners, Delegates, Webinar Delegates, Speakers, Sponsors, Vendors with its Sponsors or 3rd Party agencies. Sponsors or 3rd Party agencies or 3rd party agencies can contact the attendee of the webinar. If in case an attendee does not want his/her information to be shared, they shall intimate this to Salesgasm prior to the happening of the event/webinar they wish to attend, or at the time of registration, whichever is earlier. 

 

The Buy 1 Get 2 offer (in some events) is a limited period offer and is valid for attending delegates of the same organizations. This pass is only available for client-side marketers whose company doesn't provide any marketing/advertizing/sales related services. This pass gives you entry to the entire conference and exhibition area. This pass also includes all tea breaks, lunch and the cocktail reception. This price may increase with time without notice.

 

Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
Both the Client and Salesgasm have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Salesgasm has the right to make changes in the dates of the conferences/events organized by it.

 

In the case of other Salesgasm services, the cancellation will be as per the mutually agreed agreement/contract at the time of providing the invoice.

Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, weather, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, the act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or manmade eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseeable. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavors to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein. In the case of Salesgasm events, no Registration Fee shall be refunded in any event and in any manner whatsoever and only Credit Vouchers will be issued as per the aforesaid Terms and Conditions which can be redeemed prior to their expiry, in any future Salesgasm Events.

 

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising between Salesgasm and the client would primarily be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitrator, proceeding under The Arbitration and Conciliation Act. These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of India, without giving effect to its conflict of law's provisions. The Visitors/Users agree that the appropriate court(s) in New Delhi, India, will have the exclusive jurisdiction to resolve all disputes arising under these Terms of Use and They hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in such forum.

These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and Salesgasm. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of a booking or Agreement indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein.
